Description
Stretton Lodge and Barn is a house and barn built in 1809. The structure is made of coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a Collyweston slate roof that has a stone central ridge and right end stacks. The gables are coped with stone. The building consists of one long range under a single roof, with the barn located on the left and the house on the right. The house is two storeys high and has two 3-light casement windows, with a part glazed door situated between them. Above the door, there is a stone tablet inscribed with 'T.I.I. 1809'. Inside the house, there are beams and an inglenook fireplace. The barn to the left has a door with a 1-light window on either side and an opening in the left end gable. Inside the barn, there is a 3-bay tie beam roof with collars.
