Description

These are a row of 18th-century buildings on Kirkgate. They are two storeys high and constructed of stone with a Welsh slate roof, hipped at the corner. The front has three three-light mullion windows set within stone architraves. At ground floor level, there are two late 19th-century three-light shop fronts and a modern door. The buildings are painted. Numbers 44 to 58 (even) form a group.
