Description
Number 12 is a house, now used as offices, with area railings, built around 1790 by William Lawrance. The building is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and has a slate roof, along with wrought-iron railings. It features two storeys and an attic, with three windows on the first floor. The entrance is located on the left and includes a fielded-panel door with a fanlight, set within an architrave that has a dentilled cornice. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, stone sills, and wedge lintels. The interior has not been inspected. The railings have pointed bud finials on the bars.
