Description
Number 3 St Mary's Square is a building that is part of a terrace, originating in the 18th century with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall.
On the south-east elevation, there are two bays on both the ground and first floors, which contain sash windows, one of which has a central mullion. The central doorway is flanked by three drip mouldings that are remnants from earlier buildings. The second floor features an 8-light stone mullioned window, although two of the lights have been blocked. At the rear, there is a recent brick extension.
