Description

Nos 26 and 28 on Fairfields Road are part of a row of houses built in the early to mid 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof with a central ashlar stack. Each house has two storeys, an entrance, and a three-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor, along with a three-light window and a two-light window on the first floor. Occasional stone brackets add to the architectural detail.
