Description
No 84 is part of a terrace with underdwellings, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched tiled roof. The building has two and four storeys, with the north-west elevation partially obscured by an extension to No 86. The ground floor has an entrance and one three-light window on the first floor. On the south-east elevation, the ground floor includes a later large doorway and entrance, along with one two-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has one ten-light stone mullioned window, with four lights blocked. The second floor features one four-light and one two-light window, while the third floor has one ten-light stone mullioned window, also with four lights blocked.
