Description

Dolfield is an early or mid-19th century house constructed of hammer-dressed stone, with a pitched stone slate roof and coped gables on cut kneelers. Stone brackets support the gutter. The house is two storeys high and divided into two distinct parts. The eastern section features a band across its façade from which rise two ranges of paired sash windows, and a single sash window on the first floor. The western part has one large eight-light stone mullioned window on the first floor, and two more recent windows on the ground floor, likely replacing originals.
