Description

The Calder and Hebble Navigation Fieldhouse Lock, also known as Sir John Ramsden's Canal Fieldhouse Lock, was built between 1774 and 1780. It features ashlar kerbstones, iron mooring hooks, and two wooden lock gates. The structure includes a hammer-dressed stone bridge with a depressed arch, a string course, and a parapet.
