Description
This is an early 19th-century pair of cottages, numbers 23 and 25, forming part of a row. They are constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof featuring gable copings and moulded stone brackets. The cottages are two storeys high, with a sill band marking each floor. Each cottage has an entrance on the left and right side, and a three-light window on both floors. There is also a more recently inserted single-light window. The rear elevation is identical on both cottages, with an entrance and a three-light window to the ground floor, and a four-light window to the first floor, one of which has been rebuilt.
