24A Ballroyd Lane is an early 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, featuring a pitched stone slate roof. The building has coped gables supported by cut kneelers and stands three storeys tall. Stone brackets support the gutter. The façade includes two sets of three-light stone mullioned windows, along with a range of single-light windows. At the rear, there is a notable nine-light stone mullioned window located on the second floor.
