Nos 9 and 10 Neale Road are early 19th-century buildings constructed from hammer-dressed stone, topped with a pitched stone slate roof. The buildings stand two storeys high and feature four two-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor, along with two three-light stone mullioned windows on the ground floor.
