Description

This telephone kiosk, located outside No 31 on the north side of Magdale in Honley, is a Type K6 structure designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. It was manufactured by Lion Foundry and is made of cast iron. The kiosk features a square shape with a domed roof. The top panels have unperforated replacement Elizabeth II crowns, and the windows and door are fitted with margin glazing.
