Description

The gates and gatepiers at the entrance to the cemetery opposite Longwood Methodist Church were built in the mid or late 19th century. They feature ashlar piers topped with conical caps and decorated with panels that have trefoiled pointed heads. The entrance is completed with elaborate cast iron gates.
