Description

Warley Edge Farmhouse is a traditional stone farmhouse that dates back to 1633 but was rebuilt in 1903. It is irregular in shape and has two storeys, topped with a stone roof. The south gable has been altered and features a long mullioned window on each storey. The east wing is also altered or modern and includes a reused arched lintel above a doorway that bears the date and initials ASMC. The west wing has been converted from a barn and likely contains long mullioned windows that are probably reused. The rear of the building is considered uninteresting.
