Description
This 18th-century barn is located to the north of Grange Farm yard in Ilkley. It is a sizable structure positioned alongside the road, featuring large openings on the north and south sides, which have depressed heads, keystones, and flush quoining, although the northern opening is blocked. The corners of the barn also display flush quoining. The roof is made of stone slabs and supported by sawn timber framing, with ties that create rectangular shapes. The barn is part of a group that includes Grange Farm House, the Annexe to Grange Farm House, and an outbuilding that adjoins Grange Farm House to the north.
