Description

Friary Cottage dates to 1688. It is a six-bay building constructed of hammer-dressed and coursed rubble Magnesian limestone, with a pantiled roof. The windows are modern but feature glazing bars. On the east side, there are two 19th-century pointed archways flanking the garage entrance. A datestone is set in the north gable, carved with a fleur-de-lys and the date 1688.
