Description

The churchyard cross, located approximately 5 metres south of the Church of St Oswald, is a medieval structure made of limestone ashlar. It features a square section base consisting of three steps, leading up to a square pedestal topped with a carved octagonal design. Atop this pedestal is the worn stump of a chamfered cross shaft, which includes broach stops.
