Description

The gate piers at Low Hall Farm date from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. They are constructed of red brick with limestone ashlar used for the gate rebates. The piers are a pair of rusticated structures, each square in shape, featuring rebates topped with pyramidal caps. The piers also have 19th-century flagstone coping. These gate piers are part of a large, mostly ruinous brick enclosure that likely once surrounded the Hall itself.
