Description
Manor Farm Cottage is a house that has been converted into two dwellings. It was built in 1767, as indicated by a datestone, and has undergone later additions and alterations. The cottage is constructed of colour-washed brick and features a pantile roof. It is a single-storey building with attics, consisting of six bays and an outshut to the right, along with ranges at the rear. The entrance is located in the third bay, featuring a 20th-century part-glazed door. The fourth and fifth bays have 18-pane, 3-light Yorkshire sash windows, while the other bays are fitted with 18-pane, 3-light casement windows. The building has a cogged eaves band, and the attics include three raking dormers with multi-paned casement windows. Additional architectural details include brick kneelers and copings, end and ridge stacks, and tumbled-in brickwork on the gable ends.
