Description

Nos 99 and 101 on Walkergate are early 19th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall, constructed of brick with a pantile roof. Each storey features two windows, which have rusticated stucco lintels with keystones and hung sashes with glazing bars. The buildings include two mid-19th-century shop fronts, each with three round-headed lights. The same entablature and cornice extend over the doors, which are set in cases with plain pilasters. Additionally, there is a staircase window and doorway with plain pilasters on the elevation facing School Lane.
