Description
Nos. 30 to 34 Hale Road are three houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick with tuck pointing, featuring a slate roof and stone returns. The central house has two storeys and three bays, which project forward beneath a pedimented gable. The other two houses, each with one bay, retain a cornice and have brick sills. The windows are segmental headed with brick cambered arches; most have sliding sashes, while No. 30 has casement windows. The entrances are also segmental headed, with the entrance to No. 32 set in a round-headed recess that includes a herringbone tympanum and a small-paned casement window above.
