Description

The summer house south of Lower Lee is an early 19th-century structure built of sandstone rubble with a hipped stone slate roof and a square plan. It stands two storeys tall. On the first floor, there is a sashed window with glazing bars and a plain stone surround on each side, except for the south-west side, which features a first-floor doorway with a plain stone surround. This doorway is accessed by a cantilevered stone stair with an iron balustrade. The ground floor has a similar door below the first-floor doorway. The north-east side has a window that matches those above, while the south-west side includes a ground-floor doorway with a plain stone surround. The summer house at Ortner is almost identical to this one.
