Description
Bradshawgate Farmhouse and the adjoining barn date from perhaps the early 18th century and have been altered over time. The farmhouse is constructed of pebbledashed rubble and features a slate roof. It has a central entry plan with end stacks and stands two storeys high with three bays. The central wide gabled open stone porch has an arched timber lintel. All windows have plain reveals, with ground-floor windows being sashed. There are two first-floor sashed windows with glazing bars, and a double sash window is centrally placed above the porch. The barn to the right has a wide opening with a segmental arch and lean-to extensions at the rear.
