Description
A pair of houses built around 1845, located on Buckingham Crescent in Rusholme, Manchester. The houses are constructed with roughcast on brick, featuring a slate roof. They are arranged in a U-shape, with projecting wings. Each house has two storeys above cellars, displaying a symmetrical facade with a first-floor band and pedimented wings. The ground floor features shallow, pilastered rectangular bay windows. A French window, approached by steps, is centrally placed on the main range. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, although the glazing has been altered in most of the windows of number 120. The return walls, with three windows each, feature centrally placed, pilastered rectangular porches. The rear of the property and the interior remain uninspected.
