Description
Knutsford Lodge is a lodge built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from rendered and washed brick and features a slate roof. The building is single storey. The front facing the road has knotted tree trunks at all the corners. To the right, there is a canted bay with wooden Y-tracery pointed windows that contain casement lights, along with lateral windows from the 19th century, one of which in the centre of the bay has been replaced in the 20th century. The recessed central and left-hand bays have similar windows. On the right side, there is a doorway with a pointed arch and a six-panel door, along with a Y-tracery casement window to the right. In front of the door, there is a 20th-century porch supported by tree trunk pillars.
