Description
37 and 39 Churchside is a pair of houses from the early 19th century, which are part of a longer row, with one currently used as an office. The buildings feature Flemish-bond brickwork and a Welsh slate roof. They are two storeys high and have a three-window range, with each house being a single unit and a double-pile plan. The doorway is located to the right, featuring a six-panelled door set in a round-arched reeded architrave with a plain fanlight above. Each house has four-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads. There is a blind window above the left-hand doorway and a doorway leading to a passage on the right. The houses have end wall stacks.
