Description
This is an 18th-century building on the west side of High Street in Yarm, altered in the 19th century. The building has a rough rendered exterior and a concrete tiled roof with a chimney on the right end. It is three storeys high and has one window. All the openings are from the 19th century, featuring a sash window at the top, a canted bay window on the first floor, and a shop front below. A boarded yard door is located on the left side. The building is listed for group value considerations.
