Description

The buildings at 2 and 4 Low Church Wynd date from the late 18th century. They are constructed with rough rendering and have pantiled roofs. A second-floor band runs along the façade. The buildings are two and a half storeys high, with two wide bays. A window on the second floor of No. 2 breaks the eaves. The windows include sash windows with glazing bars, one of which is a "Yorkshire light" design, a more recently inserted sash window, a small shop front, and two four-panel doors. The buildings are listed partly for their group value with No. 133 High Street, with which No. 2 is integral.
