Description

This is a late Georgian house located at number 3, Avenue. It is constructed of ashlar and has a pantiled roof. The front elevation features two dormer windows and original brick chimneys. The house is arranged over two storeys and has a doorway with a fanlight set within a plain frame. It has three sash windows on the ground floor and four above, though the glazing bars have been removed.
