Description
High House Farm Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the early 19th century. The front is made of dressed stone, while the rest of the building is constructed from random rubble. It has a Welsh slate roof featuring later 19th-century brick chimneys. The cottage is two stories high and has three bays. The entrance includes an old boarded, har-hung door. On the ground floor, there are 16-pane sash windows, and above, 12-pane Yorkshire sash windows. The roof is steeply pitched with reverse-stepped gables and has stacks at both ends.
