Description

The sundial, located in the center of a walled garden 60 meters northeast of Bywell Hall, is likely from the early 20th century. It is made of sandstone ashlar and features a facetted block with 12 faces, each displaying a dial and gnomon, topped with a globe finial. The sundial has a fluted shaft that rises from a plant-form base, which is set on steps.
