Description

The Straugham Tomb, located 6 metres west of St. Cuthbert's Church Hall, is a table tomb dating from 1817. It is made of sandstone and features a slab with a gadrooned edge supported by six moulded urn legs. The tomb bears the inscription: 'THE BURIAL PLACE of William & Mary Straugham....'
