Description
No. 11 Bath Terrace is a house dating from the last decade of the 18th century, which was altered into a bath house in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick in English Garden Wall Bond, with cut stone dressings, a whitewashed stone porch, and a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys and has attics, with a symmetrical three-bay facade. A central six-panel door is set under a prostyle porch which has a frieze inscribed "BATHS". There are four-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting sills, and two similar sashes in round-topped, leaded roof dormers. A stone-coped gable is visible on the right side. Chimneys are located at either end of the building. The rear elevation features a gabled 19th-century stair projection, which has a margined sash window set under a round arch. The interior has been significantly altered.
