Description

The road bridge over Thorsgill, built in the late 18th century or 19th century, is constructed from coursed large rubble and features roughly-tooled voussoirs. It has a single segmental arch and parapet walls that are topped with later concrete coping. This bridge is included for its group value with Bow Bridge. It is partly located in Startforth parish.
