Description
This former house, now an outbuilding, is located opposite Ty Mawr. It is constructed from whitewashed rubble stone and features a corrugated iron roof with a small brick stack at the right end. The building is single-storey, with a door situated between two windows, all of which have small moulded cornices. The ogee moulding is made of timber, while the flat top piece is in stone. There are no window sills present. The door is a plank style set within a bead-moulded frame.
The right end wall, made of rubble stone, was supported by modern timber shoring in 2005. The rear wall, also of rubble stone, has a small central window with a hoodmould and another window below at cellar level. To the right, there is a window with a timber lintel. The left end wall features a loft window with an oak lintel and a hoodmould above a rubble lean-to roofed with corrugated iron, along with a board door at the front.
The building has not been inspected.
