Description
Bridge No. 65 is an access bridge over the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. It features a semi-elliptical arch made of voussoirs and is constructed from squared, faced, and coursed local sandstone. The bridge has a parapet with slab coping and curving abutments. The bridge number is displayed on the south face of the arch. A towpath runs beneath the bridge arch on the east side. The north face of the bridge is obscured by a gas pipe that crosses the canal above the height of the arch, but this pipe is not attached to the bridge.
