Description

No. 37 Perrot's Terrace is a terraced house constructed from rubble stone, featuring deep-eaved slate roofs and renewed brick end stacks. The building has one storey and an attic, and is double-fronted with a central doorway situated between windows that are set in slight full-height recesses. The original windows have been replaced by modern 2-light casement windows with round-headed panes in the top lights. In 2005, the 20th-century windows were being replaced with 12-pane sashes and 9-pane upper sashes. The house also has brick voussoirs above flat heads, painted slate sills, and stone hoodmoulds above the windows, along with a renewed boarded door. The property has not been inspected.
