Description
Hayston Bridge is a road bridge that spans a stream and is located partly in the Rosemarket community. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a small semi-circular arch made with stone voussoirs and an arch ring. The bridge has rubble parapets that blend seamlessly with the main structure. The downstream arch includes a raised keystone that bears an eroded date, which is possibly 1799.
