Description

5 Foundry Terrace is a pair of 2-storey red brick cottages, each featuring one window. They have slate roofs, boarded eaves, and blue brick chimney stacks with neck bands. The cottages display voussoirs above camber-headed openings, horned 6 and 12-pane sash windows, and 4-panel doors, except for No 1, which has a replacement door. There are plain overlights above the doors. At the rear, modern windows overlook a high revetment wall from a former foundry complex. Each cottage has a raised small front garden with contemporary simple iron railings that are arched at the top.
