Description

2 Foundry Terrace is a pair of 2-storey red brick cottages, each with one window. They feature slate roofs, boarded eaves, and blue brick chimney stacks that have neck bands. The cottages have camber-headed openings with voussoirs, horned 6 and 12-pane sash windows, and 4-panel doors, except for No 1, which has a replacement door. There are plain overlights above the doors. At the rear, there are modern windows that overlook a high revetment wall from the former foundry complex. Each cottage has a small raised front garden with contemporary simple iron railings that are arched at the top.
