Description
Nos 6 to 15 Alyn Terrace in Pontblyddyn is a terrace of ten houses built in the 19th century. These two-storey homes are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and feature Welsh slate roofs with brick chimney stacks.
On the front elevation facing the street, each house has a similar boarded wooden door and one four-light casement window on both the ground and first floors. The central pair of houses has two four-light windows on each storey. The rear elevation includes various two-storey brick outriggers.
Each house is set back from the street with small front gardens, which are enclosed by low brick walls topped with moulded brick copings and wooden-bar gates.
