Description
This is an early or mid-19th century two-story house built of squared, partly snecked limestone, with a slate roof. The front facade is wide and gabled, featuring pierced decorative wooden bargeboards and an acorn finial. The asymmetrical two-bay design places the entrance on the left-hand side. The entrance itself is marked by a projecting wooden doorcase, featuring panelled pilasters and a narrow cornice hood supported on consoles, containing a moulded four-panel door. To the right of the entrance is a large tripartite sash window with a larger central section, all topped with a cambered head featuring dressed voussoirs. The upper floor has two four-pane sash windows with segmental heads matching those below, and projecting stone sills are present throughout the building. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
