Description

The Old Secession Church is a late 18th-century building located in Old Kilpatrick. It is a simple rectangular building with a gable facing the road. The church is constructed of random whin and granite rubble with contrasting ashlar dressings. It has a small, gabled, projecting vestry to the north-east. The roof is slate-covered. The windows are simple sash windows with stone mullions. The interior retains its original layout; features include stop-chamfered spine beams with run-out stops.
