Description
1 Rowanbank is a two-storey house adjoining a croft house, situated at a right angle with its gable facing the road. The house is harled and has a ridge slate roof. It features four widely spaced sash windows. The statutory address was changed in 2022 from No 1 Rowanbank to 1 and 2 Rowanbank, Blairlogie, and the listed building record was revised at that time. It was previously listed as ‘No 1 Rowanbank’.
