Description

Montana Cottage is a two-story house dated 1765. The exterior is harled, with three sash windows. A modern oriel window sits centrally on the upper floor, above an older stone doorway featuring a raised keystone and entablature. The roof is pantiled with oversailing eaves, and incorporates swept dormers on the second floor. A datestone marking 1765 is present, along with a sundial. A single-story wing extends from the side of the main building.
