Description
38 Albert Place is a mid-Victorian, two-storey, asymmetrical semi-detached villa located on a corner site. The building features snecked rubble and has two windows between advanced end sections, which include canted bays on both floors. To the left, there is a French pavilion roof, and a twin consoled doorpiece is present. The villa has four windows facing Victoria Road and two in the corner pavilion, one of which is bipartite with a dormer head. The roofs are slated, with a patterned design at the pavilion. There are single-storey wings on the east gable and at the rear, which are now used as garages, and these also have slated roofs.
