Description
4 Allan Park is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys and a basement. It is constructed of ashlar stone in a classical style, corresponding to the adjacent buildings numbered 1 to 9. The façade consists of three pedimented bays followed by three additional bays and another three pedimented bays, creating a total of nine windows on the front. The ground floor has a rusticated appearance, and there are railed steps leading up to the entrance. The roof is slated.
