Description

Woodlands is an 18th-century building originally situated on the Ardmillan estate. The house is harled and stands two storeys high, with four sash windows arranged unevenly and set within painted stone surrounds, some of which are chamfered. A long, ridged slate roof covers the main building. A square, projecting porch with a flat roof extends from the front. Attached to the left is a single-story office wing. A low stone wall encloses a garden to the front of the building, while a large courtyard and surrounding byres are located to the right.
