Description

Circa 1910. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay house with gabled upper windows. Harled; plain sandstone margins; projecting cills.

NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: timber panelled door centred at ground; plate glass fanlight. Single windows at ground in flanking bays; gabled windows breaking eaves above.

NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: blind.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: single window centred at 1st floor; single windows at ground in flanking bays.

SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: blind.

2-pane lower, 6-pane upper glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; sandstone ridging; timber bargeboards. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Corniced, brick-built apex stacks; various circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
