Description
Castlecraig is a classical mansion built in 1798 by Sir John Gibson-Carmichael. It features a central three-storey block with a pedimented slight projection, flanked by one-storey wings that end in pedimented pavilions. In 1905, James Mann purchased Castlecraig and remodeled the house according to designs by Sir John James Burnet. The building is currently used as a residential school.
